The Officers and Board of Trustees of the CFA Society of Atlanta would like to inform the membership the society will be enforcing the no-show policy for all events. For the past several years this policy has not been enforced, yet as we have grown in membership our costs for events have risen accordingly. In order to maintain the current dues structure and continue to offer our events to members at a nominal fee, the Officers and Board of Trustees have decided to strictly enforce the no-show policy.

 

The CFA Society of Atlanta financially guarantees attendance to all of its events. When members do not attend we are still obligated to pay for the plate, which is equivalent to the guest fee. The member or guest must contact our Society Administrator, Cathy Ford, by noon on the Monday before the event to avoid a charge. She may be reached at admin@cfa-atlanta.org
